"Working all day at my daddy's garage, driving all night chasing some mirage"

I'm going back into the recording studio in two weeks to work on my next album. I know this might strike some as odd since I've already released two albums in the past year, but to be honest I can't stop writing... If I'm not creative I'm not happy... I'm restless and annoying and I'm not too much fun to be around when I'm stuck.

If the songs aren't good for you then I'm sorry... They make me very happy playing them and I'm so far under the radar I have the luxury of being my only executive at the label to answer to. I save up enough money working so that I can allow myself to do this.

Overall this was a much better year than the last and I'm very grateful for all the people I met and adventures I got to go on... There's really no if-and-or buts about it... I wouldn't be finding myself in the situations I'm in today if I stopped trying to expressing myself... And also ignoring what the results are.

I've seen way too many of my much more talented friends shut down when the world didn't open up to their ideas.

When I was younger I had a bunch of ideas too and never had the resources to express them.
